The range of IT support I have needed during the past 3 years has often included  some extremely complex requirements.  While occasionally a request for help provoked my embarrassment  by the classic solution of simply plugging it in or do a re-boot, most of the time the requirements were difficult and varying.   It was very comforting to hear a response to my question of whether something or other could be done as “Everything is possible!” and  thus far, there have been no exceptions. 

What has been most remarkable about the service I have received is the extremely high standard of excellence, the good nature with which it has been supplied, and  the dedication   to solving difficult problems which at times required  working many unsociable hours to achieve.  For this I am extremely grateful.
